We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager for our locations in New York. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that each customer is provided with the best service. The ideal candidate will have prior managerial experience, strong leadership skills, and be able to communicate positively and effectively with team members and customers. Responsibilities will include, emails, math skills, putting out fires, scheduling time off, training and the development of other employees.

We have current openings in Brooklyn, and Yonkers.

Your Tasks:

  • Oversee and manage team members; fostering a safe and fun working environment
  • Insure a great customer experience
  • Hire and train new staff members
  • Motivate team members and build an exciting positive experience for them
  • Manage shift scheduling
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate and lead sales initiatives, budgeting, and ongoing staff training
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Handle cash safely and responsibly
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the GM


We Require:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant environment; applicants with experience as a shift manager will be considered
  • Formal customer service training is an asset
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma or relative equivalent work experience
  • Basic mathematical knowledge; high school math at minimum
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills; must be able to think outside the box
  • Must be able to lead and train staff in a positive and effective way
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal with excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, someone who is motivated and has a take charge personality
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment
