Reporting Analyst – Business Intelligence

We are seeking an  Analyst – Business Intelligence & Reporting to be responsible for internal and client facing reporting strategies that will help grow our business; the ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create new methods to visualize core business metrics through reports, interactive dashboards, and analysis within Power BI
• Participating in the creation and preparation of client reports, reviews & escalation reporting.
• Translates business objectives to develop and implement Power BI solutions that facilitates decision-making and supports all lines of business
• Adopt, implement, and effectively evolve report automation standards
  • Monitor & manage data accuracy of all customer Activity, Opportunity & Contact information maintained in Salesforce & other designated systems
  • Develop and maintain new business financial models, tools & presentations
  • Adherence to the New Business & Implementation process guidelines.
  • Any other role or assistance that is or may become necessary to provide products or services to its internal or external customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Microsoft Data or BI certifications preferred
• At least two(2) years’ experience in a similar finance, consulting and/or analytics position
• Utilizes programming and analytical tools, including programs like Microsoft Power BI, Python, R, SQL and other similar relational database tools
• Experienced in building MS Power BI dashboards and reports
• Experience working with databases, warehouses, and data lakes
• Knowledge of a CRM tool such as Salesforce
• Ability to prioritize requests & deadlines
• Passion to stay busy & eager to do whatever it takes to get the job done

• Previous experience & familiarity with automotive leasing is an asset
