Role: Currently seeking an Inventory Audit and General Ledger Accountant

 

Inventory Audit Responsibilities:

  • Keeping daily record of inventory
  • Reporting missing or under-stocked inventory and communicating with branches to solve issues
  • Keeping track of inventory count auditors
  • Ensure that inventories are entered accurately and processed by Branch location

 

General Ledger Responsibilities:

  • Oversee  cash distribution and flow
  • Keep track of and perform reconciliation
  • Ensuring statements are up-to-date and processed
  • Overseeing assets and lease maintenance
  • Ensuring payments are processed accurately
  • Monthly or yearly audits
  • Support in Canada and USA sales tax reporting Qualifications
  • Monitoring and keeping track of General Ledger posting

 

Requirements for this role:

  • 2 years Accounting or experience in related field
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Accounting
  • CPA designation and asset
  • Great command of the English language
  • Ability to adapt to new environments
  • Ability to work independently
  • Pays attentions to detail
  • Team player and works well with others
  • MS Office Proficient
