Job description:
As a work from home recruiter you will contact, screen, and select suitable candidates.


What you will do:

  • Create job postings and update them when required
  • Distribute jobs to various job boards 
  • Source and contact applicants using database
  • Screen resumes and filter qualified candidates
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Communicate with the hiring manager
