The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the heart and face of our organization — representing our clients and our mission with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care.
This is a hands-on, in-person role where you’ll interact directly with customers, providing product information, working with our apps, submitting paperwork, connecting customers to our verification center, answering questions, and ensuring each experience is positive, personal, and memorable.

No experience? No problem. We provide full training, mentorship, and ongoing support so you can develop strong communication, leadership, and sales skills that will serve you for life.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with customers — representing top-tier brands and campaigns.

• Deliver exceptional service by listening, connecting, and helping customers make informed decisions.

• Work with our tech (training provided)

• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused attitude in all interactions.

• Work closely with a supportive team to meet daily and weekly goals.

• Submit paperwork daily into logs 

• Participate in leadership workshops, growth programs, and company travel events.
