About the Company:

As the Office Administrator, you will provide support to the Commercial Programs team including policy rating, claims updates, and liaising with insurance company underwriters.

Your Tasks:

  • Claims reporting / processing
  • Process certificates of insurance
  • Client renewal follow-ups
  • Locking in client coverage
  • Complete administrative tasks and dutiesĀ 
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required

We Require:

  • Minimum 2 years of office administrative experience; preferably in insurance
  • Post-secondary education is preferred
  • Prior experience with Applied Epic or TAM is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to multi-task
  • Customer service oriented with great problem-solving skills

Our Offer:
