Self-directed health benefits are part of our compensation package. Due to our success, we are looking to hire a financial administrator for a full-time position for our Mississauga office.

Our Financial Administrator exercises judgment and independence in the performance of secretarial activities. The principal responsibilities include:

  • Entering payables and receivables into Quickbooks
  • Produce different monthly financial reports
  • Assist our executive in making financial decisions
  • Make tax payments
  • Cash management
  • Handle assets
  • Performing other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned

Your profile:

  • Quickbooks certified
  • Financial knowledge
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel
  • Minimum 3 years in an administrative role
  • Strong computer competency and typing skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to analyze, organize and prioritize in order to handle the diversity of tasks required
