We currently have exciting full time opportunities for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Pharmacy departments in Fort St. John and Dawson Creek.

As a member of an interprofessional team, the Pharmacist assesses and recommends individualized treatments. Acts as the primary resource for drug information, education and provides expert advice to health care professionals. Monitors drug prescribing, drug distribution and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs. Maintains workload records and statistics.

Dawson Creek has a population of 12,178 (2021) with a youthful and vibrant community that serves as a major centre for the surrounding areas. Come enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets Dawson Creek has to offer. 

 Fort St. John is located above the Peace River Valley, and has a diverse population of 21,000 (2021) and serves an area of approximately 69,000. The friendly, small town feel comes with big city amenities and a vibrant arts community.

Your background includes:

  • Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy
  • Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or a combination of at least one year of hospital experience and advanced education courses.

Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged.
